- I will send 100+ postcards to your neighbors, asking far their assistance in the sale.
- I will personally call or write anyone who visited an open house.
- I will put a FOR SALE sign on your property with an information box to entice your neighbors and visitors.
- I will advertise your home on the internet on Realtor.com and santabarbaraliving.com
- I will arrange for photos of your home in the S .B. News Press and the RE/MAX magazine
- I will give you frequent reports on my activities on your behalf.
- I will be there to represent you upon the presentation of all offers, negotiating the best possible price mid terms.
- I will open escrow and follow all the paperwork carefully through conclusion, keeping you advised.
- I will donate a portion of our fee to the Children's Miracle Network.
