What an honor to be asked to sell your former home. I had a great condo in downtown Santa Barbara. I initially chose it because of the extremely large living room and master bedroom along with the beautiful patio. I lived there for many years and really enjoyed it for the entire time. When I got engaged, Stuart and I bought a home together (three blocks down) and I sold it to a delightful young woman. She has accepted a position back East and I will be listing it next month.
