Every day there are frightening news reports of doom and gloom in the real estate market. It is absolutely true that there are many homeowners that are overextended and can no longer afford their properties, but it is also true that this can afford buyers the opportunity to pick up some great bargains. It is not necessary to look for foreclosures for those bargains as they are oftentimes in poor condition. I have just reduced the price in two of my listings, 3813 Center and 6266 Marlborough.
