He oversaw TARP in the early days of the 2008 financial crisis; and Kathy Moe, FDIC Regional Director, speaking about growth cycles, financial innovation and cash-intensive businesses. She oversees the Western U.S., Guam and Micronesia. The Santa Barbara County economic report will be delivered by Peter Rupert, Director of the UCSB Economic Forecast Project. Presentations will be followed by a panel moderated by Peter Rupert.
